We are a specialist company that provides consultancy services to the social housing sector. We focus on the financial viability of developing and financing new forms of social housing although we do provide the full range of development consultancy services.
We have recently developed the Jigsaw modelling suite. This is a platform for building simple bespoke viability models for new housing. We also have a range of standard appraisal models for single and mixed tenure developments.
Our key clients include Camden Council, Southwark Council, DTZ, plus a range of Registered providers.
